Dear Editor:
Senator Kraus, we were thrilled to learn during our meeting with you last week that you would not support a complete repeal of the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act, which was approved by Missouri voters in November. We welcome your assurance to respect the will of the people as a refreshing and much needed honest and thoughtful approach to state politics. However, we want to urge you again not to support any amendments to Proposition B, as you indicated you may do.
