Adams Dairy Landing 93 percent leased

Adams Dairy Landing, the shopping center on Adams Dairy Parkway, is 93 percent leased, according to RED Development.

“We’ve had great feedback so far,” said Cassie Lane, marketing director for the Adams Dairy Landing center. “The stores that have opened already have had major success.”

Already open in the 600,000 square-foot development area are Target, Petco, Sally Beauty, Game Stop, Maurices, Gap Generations and Mattress Firm. Restaurants Olive Garden and Chipotle are also open.

“We also have two recently signed leases, Heartland Dental Care and America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses,” Lane said.

A major clothing retailer has also signed a lease for a store at Adams Dairy Landing, though it’s still unofficial, Lane added.

“Based on what Blue Springs residents have been telling us, there was a definite need for this shopping center,” Lane said. “We’re glad we could fill that need and we’re excited to lease out the rest of the area and get things moving.”
