Betty’s and barbecue

Betty’s Family Dining & KC Rib Co., 1428 S.W. U.S 40, held its grand opening and ribbon cutting with the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce Aug. 11.

Owner Terry Kopp, an award winning barbecue specialist, was on hand, along with several members of the community and Chamber.

Several Blue Springs businesses donated prizes for the grand opening, including Betty’s, Christine’s Hair Salon, Blue Springs Goodyear, Blue Springs Animal Hospital, Kennedy Jewelers, Watson Rolladium and Squeaky Express Car Wash & Detail.
