Letter to the Editor

Thank you supporters

Dear Editor: I want to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to my family and to the new and old friends who helped on our campaign for State Senate.

While the results were not as we wished, everyone gave their hearts and souls and worked tirelessly. We ran an honest campaign and was not beholding to any special interest.

The only special interest I have ever had is that of my constituents. I have greatly enjoyed serving the people of the 54th District as State Representative for the last eight years.

Thank you to the voters for electing me and giving me the privilege of serving you. I have enjoyed spending most of my life as a public servant and I look forward to continuing that role in some capacity. Thanks again for the all wonderful thoughts, wishes, comments, support and prayers. May God continue to bless Missouri and all of our citizens.
