Victor Ramiro Sisler

Victor Ramiro Sisler, 59, Kansas City, died Aug. 24, 2010 at the VA Hospital.

Victor was born July 28, 1951 in Chihuahua, Mexico, the son of Gary Sisler and Rose Sisler. He was educated in Kansas City and graduated from Northeast High School in 1969. After high school, he became a certified welder through Penn Valley. Victor proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1968-1970.

He attended the Sheffield Family Life Center and had previously worked for the Kansas City Water Department on the maintenance team. Victor truly enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children and their families.

He leaves behind his seven children, Jennifer Sisler, Kansas City, Richard Dunfield, Olivia Lorenzo and husband, Alain, Victoria Sisler and James Ngo, all, Independence, Brittany, Kristy and GiGi Morales, all, Kansas City; his father, Gary Sisler, Tarrant County, Texas; mother, Rose Sisler, Lee’s Summit; and 10 grandchildren.

The family received friends Aug. 26 at Meyers Funeral Chapel, Blue Springs. A sharing of memories followed.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made care of Meyers Funeral Chapel.
